Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES — NÉANT
At Néant, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. We encourage you to review the following policy before placing your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges for non-sale products under the following conditions:
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags intact.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Any item that does not meet these conditions may not be accepted
RETURNS
· Eligible for store credit only.
· All tags and packaging must be intact, and the items should not be used or damaged at the time of return to be eligible for refunds.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
· Approved refunds are issued as store credits, which are valid for use for up to 12 months from the date of issue.
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable
· Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days and issued as a credit note to your NÉANT account.
HOW TO RAISE A RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST?
Please send an email to info@neant.in with your order details within 7 days of delivery with order details, reason for return/exchange and clear images. Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
• Size exchanges are permitted only for the same product, style, and colour - subject to availability.
EXCEPTIONS
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please raise an exchange request for the same product within 48 hours of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom-made, altered, or personalised pieces
• Gift cards
• Items returned outside the 7-day window
• Orders refused due to unpaid customs or import duties
SALE PRODUCTS
Products purchased during a sale or marked as Sale / Discounted are not eligible for:
• Cancellations
• Returns
• Exchanges (including size exchanges)
• Refunds
• Credit notes
SHIPPING & LOST PACKAGES
Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the package, Néant will not be responsible for refunds or additional re-delivery charges. A credit note will be issued only after the product is returned to us.
NEANT is not responsible for delays or loss caused by courier partners; however, we will assist in coordinating with the carrier where possible. We recommend providing a secure delivery address.
CREDIT NOTES
• Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Credit notes are non-refundable and non-extendable.
• Credit notes must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Return or exchange requests are accepted only once per order for non-sale products.
• Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included at check out.
• Orders refused due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.
