Order Processing

All orders are processed upon confirmation and successful payment verification.

Orders are typically dispatched within 4–7 working days, unless otherwise specified on the respective product page.

During periods of high demand, including promotional events or new collection launches, dispatch timelines may be subject to minor variations.

Pre-order items are dispatched within approximately 10–12 working days from the official launch date. Customers will be notified once the order is ready for shipment.

Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the registered email address.


Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India): Standard delivery typically takes 7–12 working days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping: Orders are generally delivered within 15–25 working days from dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout

Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer Any such fees must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by the destination country.

NÉANT does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. Any such fees must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds.


Delivery Address

Customers must ensure shipping details are accurate at checkout. NÉANT is not liable for delays due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.

Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.


Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched. Customers may track shipments via the courier partner’s website.


Delays & Force Majeure

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, strikes, or regulatory restrictions, do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.


Lost or Missing Packages

NÉANT is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier partner, but will assist with inquiries where applicable.
